Status and health

Check /healthz for process health and /readyz for admission readiness on the intended API surface. A readiness failure should be treated as a bounded 503, not an invitation to retry indefinitely.

• The public status page reports only measured telemetry.
• Maintenance and degraded states are communicated without exposing infrastructure details.
• Include X-Request-Id in support reports.
