Model availability and rates can change independently of your application. Check the catalog before choosing a model, and handle API errors when making requests. Your usage records keep the rate applied to each request.
Product updates
Read the blog for product announcements. Use the model catalog for current availability and the status page for service incidents. Planned features remain labelled Coming soon until access opens.

Get help with a request
Email support@arnict.com for integration, account or billing help. A concise report makes it easier to investigate.
- Describe what you expected and what happened.
- Include the public model ID, approximate request time and time zone.
- Include X-Request-ID, the HTTP status and error code when available.
- For SDK issues, include the language and SDK version.
Keep secrets out of support messages
Do not include an API key, password, Authorization header or private prompt content. Use a minimal example with sensitive details removed.
